Zach Cohen’s journey in the real estate industry began early, growing up in a family deeply involved in Granite Escrow and Settlement Services. This unique upbringing sparked his interest in the title and escrow business and provided him with invaluable exposure to the industry. Before joining Fidelity National Title, Zach gained valuable experience in real estate sales and marketing, where he developed a deep understanding of the transaction process. His hands-on work with agents, investors, and developers has equipped him with the knowledge to anticipate challenges and provide strategic guidance, making him a trusted resource for his clients.

Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts in Strategic and Corporate Communication with a Minor in Leadership Studies from Chapman University.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys golf, soccer, and triathlons, bringing the same competitive drive and dedication to his professional life as he does to his personal pursuits.
